of film, film gamma, emulsion sensitivity, dye absorption
curves; printing density metric; DPX and Cineon file formats
- Colour management systems - colour
transforms, characterization, calibration, profiles.
- Colour calibration - colour measurement
instruments: spectroradiometers, colourimeters,
densitometers, IT8 reference target and its use, building
ICC profiles.
- D-cinema - acquisition,
recording of D-cinema; 1080p24 format; projection technology; spatial resolution,
gamut, and contrast ratio issues
